Santa Fe is a historic and beautiful city with a long list of amenities that has made it one of the country’s top destinations.  It is internationally distinguished for its rustic sophistication, classic ambiance, outdoor activities, numerous art galleries, and sacred traditions.

While Santa Fe’s exceptional characteristics have drawn in new residents from across the globe, the city has become one of the Southwest’s most expensive

places to live. Santa Feans are facing a growing disparity between their income and the cost of living.  In turn, many local workers live far outside of the city and commute long distances into Santa Fe for work.    If this trend continues long-term, the city’s economy could suffer.

Cultivate Santa Fe is an initiative aimed at conquering this economic challenge.  During the upcoming months, the City of Santa Fe and the consulting team of AngelouEconomics will develop an economic strategy that will boost the availability of higher paying jobs while sustaining the traits that make Santa Fe a truly unique city.

To develop this strategy, AngelouEconomics and the City will be working closely with community leaders to gain input.  Your input is an essential component of Cultivate Santa Fe!  Click Here to access our online survey.
